Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

### Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. 

### Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as, custom orders (e.g., special orders or personalised items), sale item, or coupon purchases.

### European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

### Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note, it may take an additional 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
