UK Orders

All orders placed before 11 am, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery times below are estimated from the date of dispatch.

• Free Standard Delivery (2nd Class): 3–5 working days
• 1st Class Delivery: £5.99 – 2–3 working days
• Tracked 48: £4.99 – 2–3 working days
• Tracked 48: Free for UK orders over £99.99
• Tracked 24: £9.99 – 1–2 working days
• Next Day – Special Delivery Guaranteed: £19.99 – next working day

Please note that Next Day – Special Delivery Guaranteed orders must be placed by 11 am for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 11 am will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

We currently accept international orders for delivery to Europe, the USA and Canada, subject to the following conditions.

Europe

We currently ship perfume oils only to Europe destinations. Our Extrait de Parfum sprays are not available for international delivery.

USA & Canada

We're pleased to announce that we are now accepting orders for delivery to the USA and Canada again!

At present, only our perfume oils are available for delivery to the USA and Canada. Our Extrait de Parfum sprays are not available for international delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Any such charges are not included in our shipping costs and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges must be paid by the recipient directly to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider.

We have no control over whether such charges are applied or the amount charged, as this is determined by the destination country and its relevant authorities.

Collection is available by prior arrangement.
